Kieran Claffey

Kieran Claffey has extensive experience in finance and governance across various organizations. Currently serving on the Member Long Term Real Estate Strategy Committee and the Audit Committee at Winged Foot Golf Club since June 2020, Kieran Claffey has been a Director, Treasurer, and member of the Executive Committee at The Gateway School since 2010. Kieran Claffey's past leadership roles include serving as a Director and Treasurer for The Ireland-U.S Council from 2005 to 2021 and as a Partner at PwC from 1985 to June 2020, specializing in litigation, regulatory, and risk management. Additional contributions to the profession include membership on the Technical Standards Committee at AICPA from 2000 to 2018 and an earlier role as CFO at Magna Donnelly. Kieran Claffey began the professional career at KPMG Ireland as an Auditor and in receiverships from 1981 to 1985. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors in Psychology from University College Dublin and FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
