Christoph Bourgeois

Christoph Bourgeois is a seasoned trademark and design attorney with extensive experience in the intellectual property sector. Currently serving as a co-owner and trademark and design attorney at Winger since April 2023, Christoph previously held the position of European & Benelux trademark and design attorney at Brantsandpatents from January 2011 to April 2023. Additionally, Christoph was the owner of BAP IP bvba from November 2010 to April 2023 and worked as a European and Benelux trademark and design attorney at Gevers Marks, where responsibilities included managing director and director roles from June 1996 to December 2010. Academically, Christoph holds a master's degree in intellectual property law from Queen Mary University of London and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Ghent University.
