Jose Hernandez

Jose Hernandez has extensive management experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Regional Manager and Managing Partner at WingHouse Florida since March 2014. Prior roles include Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel from July 2011 to February 2014 and General Manager positions at Denny's Corporation and Denny's from 2000 to 2011. Jose's responsibilities have included overseeing shifts, scheduling, inventory, food ordering, and supporting local store marketing efforts. Jose completed education at Paradise Valley High School and obtained a GED in Florida in 2013.
