Kostas Tsagkaris

Kostas Tsagkaris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of technology and education. As the Founder, Managing Director, and Head of Technology at Incelligent since July 2014, Kostas focuses on scientific and technological strategy, innovation, and software supervision. Additionally, as Co-Founder, CTO, and Managing Director of WINGS ICT Solutions since June 2012, Kostas has contributed significantly to the ICT sector. In academia, Kostas has served as an Adjunct Lecturer and Senior Researcher at the Department of Digital Systems and the Telecommunication Networks and Integrated Services Laboratory at the University of Piraeus since September 2005. Kostas began a career in research as a Research Associate at NTUA and gained experience as a Software Engineer at Intracom. Kostas holds a PhD in Network Planning, Management and Optimization and a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
