Bob Bafundo

Bob Bafundo has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Bob most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Buffalo Wings & Rings since March 2020. Prior to that, they were the President of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. from October 2018 to November 2019. Bob also held the role of President at Pizza Inn from February 2016 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Bob served as the President of Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill from August 2009 to December 2015 and as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Back Yard Burgers from November 2007 to August 2009. Bob also worked as an Area Developer at Sport Clips from 2004 to 2009 and as the Owner of D Brands, LLC from June 2004 to November 2007. Bob gained significant experience working at KFC National Management Co. as the Senior Director of Operations/Region Coach from 1993 to 2003 and at Rax Restaurants, Inc. as the VP of Operations from 1978 to 1993.

Bob Bafundo attended Wittenberg University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Bob has acquired the "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" certification from LinkedIn in 2023.
