Chad Kronewitter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chad started their career at Abercrombie and Fitch as a Team Member, where they built displays and trained new employees. Later, they worked at Allied Banc Mortgage as an Administrative Intern, gaining knowledge of the mortgage business. Chad then joined Darden Restaurants as a Busser. Following that, Chad served as a Management Intern at the City of Bloomington Animal Shelter, conducting orientations for volunteers and organizing fundraisers. Chad then became a Supervisor at Hoosier Wings and More, focusing on staff supervision, labor management, and customer service. Chad then worked as a General Manager at Rivals Sports Den, responsible for inventory management, cost control, and labor percentage. Most recently, they have been involved in the food industry, working at Wings Etc. Inc. in various roles including Senior Manager, District Manager, Director of Operations, and currently as Vice President of Operations. In these roles, they have handled food, labor, and alcohol cost control, P&L analysis, and inventory management.

Chad Kronewitter attended Mishawaka High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Core 40 degree. Following high school, they enrolled at Indiana University, SPEA from 2006 to 2010, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. In addition to their formal education, Chad Kronewitter also obtained a certification in Serv Safe from the Safe Food Handlers Corporation in March 2015.
