Jason Hendrickson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jason began their career at U.S. Bank in 2007, where they worked as a Business Operations Analyst, focusing on data analysis, project management, systems management, and VBA development. Jason then moved on to the role of Business Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for data conversions from client leasing systems into the Infolease system.
In 2011, Jason transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst at U.S. Bank, where they managed projects requiring a strategic approach and worked on the development of tools or solutions with developers. Jason later became a Data Management Manager, managing a team and focusing on data extraction, reporting, documentation, and delivery while implementing data governance practices and driving strategic initiatives involving data utilization.
In 2017, Jason joined Wings Financial Credit Union as a Data Analytics Business Systems Analyst. In this role, they worked extensively with business units to develop improved member insights, better marketing response rates, and interactive data analytics through tools like Tableau. Jason then progressed to the role of Data Solutions & Analytics Manager, leading a team that focused on data solutions, business intelligence, data science, and data innovation. Jason successfully reduced nightly processing errors and times through a dependency-based system.
Currently, Jason holds the position of Director, Data Architecture and Sciences at Wings Financial Credit Union. Jason leads two teams of data professionals, focusing on data integration, data science, and data architecture to support processes and business partners across the entire organization. In addition to growing the data practice, they prioritize the growth and development of their teams' skills and expertise to provide solutions that empower and enable business partners and members towards an information-driven future.
Jason Hendrickson attended the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 2005, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History.
