Jim Buchholz has over three decades of work experience in the financial industry. Jim began their career at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they held various roles, including advisor, sales leader, and VP of the Financial Education unit. During this time, their focus was on improving the financial wellness of individuals.

In 2009, Jim joined Transamerica Retirement Management as VP of Financial Wellness Strategy and Distribution. Here, they built an institutional distribution strategy and sales team for the newly launched Transamerica Retirement Management Service, SecurePath. This service provided financial wellness guidance to individuals nearing retirement.
