Lisa Eichten

Lisa Eichten currently serves as a Leadership Development Specialist at Wings Credit Union, starting in May 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa accumulated significant experience at Cargill from September 2008 to January 2024, holding various leadership positions in Learning and Development. Notably, Lisa led the development of a customized leadership program for 2,400 plant supervisors, drove global digital learning initiatives, and transformed employee learning experiences using design thinking and agile methodologies. Additionally, Lisa managed change communication strategies for the migration of Finance tasks to shared service centers and partnered with functional leaders to define learning strategies across multiple business areas. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
