Michele Byrne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and developmental disabilities, currently serving as the Director of Healthcare and Developmental Disabilities Compliance and Compliance Officer at Wingspan Care Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Michele held various positions at Lifeworks: Adult Autism Services, including Healthcare and Compliance Coordinator and Assistant Director of Supported Living Services. Michele's experience also includes significant roles at Bellefaire JCB, where responsibilities ranged from Program Supervisor to Direct Care Professional, and further contributions as an Autism Tutor and Applied Behavior Analyst Counselor in different settings. Michele's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ursuline College.
