James Lanoux has a diverse work experience in the food industry. James started their career at Cowboy Chicken in 2010 as a General Manager and eventually became a Regional Operations Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of Franchise Operations at Cowboy Chicken. In 2019, Lanoux joined Wingstop Restaurants Inc. and worked as a Franchise Business Consultant before being promoted to Regional Business Director in May 2021.
James Lanoux attended Southern Methodist University but does not have a degree. In 2020, they obtained a certification for completing the "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles" course offered by HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX.
