Pilar Guzman Zavala has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Pilar currently serves as the CEO and Business Development Officer at Half Moon Empanadas, where they lead operations and expansion efforts. Pilar is also a Board Member at Georgetown University's Master of Science in Foreign Service program, Venture Café Miami, and IMPACT. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (LAE) from Tecnológico de Monterrey, from 1997 to 2001. In 2000, they also studied International Trade at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
