Tonja Luther

Tonja Luther is the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Wingstop, where they lead initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality food. With extensive experience in food manufacturing and supply chain, Tonja has held senior roles in various companies, including Sara Lee and Farmer Brothers, where they managed quality assurance teams and enhanced regulatory compliance. They earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as completing the Better Process Control School at the University of Georgia. Tonja is recognized for their results-driven leadership and commitment to food safety excellence.
