Jasna Kraljević Samodol has been in the workforce since 1996, when they began working as a Front Office Supervisor at Hotel Chaminade. In 2000, they moved on to work as a Logistics Assistant at Unilever Croatia. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. in the roles of System Analyst and Helpdesk Administrator. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Tele2 as Head of Customer Operations and Technical Customer Operations Specialist. From 2014 to 2016, they were Creative Executive at Mapala Kids doo. From 2016 to 2018, they were Call Center Manager at Erste Osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group. Finally, since 2019, they have been working at Wingtra as Head of Global Customer Success and Technical Support Team Lead.

Jasna Kraljević Samodol obtained a Bachelor Engineer (Bacc. Ing.) in Electronic Business from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences between 2000 and 2003. Jasna also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC Certified Coordinator), Internal Auditor for Information Security Management System (IMS), Methodology on assessment and information system operational risk management, Business Continuity Management, and CCNA.
