Vinay Bagale has a strong work history in the technology sector. Vinay started their career at Application Nexus in 2010 as a Junior Consultant. Afterwards, they joined Winjit Technologies Pvt Ltd in the same year and worked as a Software Developer for one year. Vinay then transitioned into a Team Lead role, where they remained for eight years. In 2019, Vinay joined Winjit Inc as a Project Manager, and over time, they were promoted to Associate Vice President and eventually to Senior Associate Vice President.
Vinay Bagale pursued their education in the field of computer science. From 2004 to 2007, they attended SMT K G Mittal Institute of Management, Information Technology and Research, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Bsc IT). Following this, from 2007 to 2010, they enrolled in Central Hindu Military Education Society's Dr. Moonje Institute of Management & Computer Studies, located at Bhonsala Military College Campus in Rambhoomi, Nashik. Here, they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a focus on Computer Engineering.
