Jai Porje

Jai Porje is the Vice President of Engineering at WINJIT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Jai has been with the company for 13 years and 2 months, and in their current position for 1 year and 7 months. Jai'sjob has included understanding business requirements and creating Functional Specifications Documents, heading the Business Analysts Department, coordinating and managing daily tasks for the BA Team, guiding BA Team members on Business Analysis tasks, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, ensuring resource availability and allocation, developing a detailed project plan to track progress, using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed, managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, performing risk management to minimize project risks, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, providing Project Management Best Practices training to colleagues, immaculately understanding business processes and problems in the processes, gathering Interpret and Translating business requirements into BRD and Functional Requirement Specifications, identifying process technology and architectural changes necessary to support current and future business goals and objectives, working with business heads managers end users and all stakeholders to understand their needs requirements and problems conceptualizing and defining the solution guiding the development team from business point of view functional testing of solution before release to customer UAT and End User Trainings basic project management and project status reporting worked on RFP RFQs

Porje is passionate about keeping the logical half of the brain trained by working on MS SQL Optimizations for the projects. Jai has worked with two of the most prestigious clients where they were responsible for business requirement gathering conceptualizing solution to fulfill the requirements defining the technical solution architecture resource planning end to end project management including Project Planning Resource Planning Execution Release Management Change Management Risk Management managing a diverse team of professionals liaising daily with customers effectively applying Agile methodologies and enforcing project standards within the team conducting project post analysis and reporting.

The education of Jai Porje includes an MBA in Finance from Sinhgad Institute Of Management, an MBA in Computer Systems from Sinhgad Institute Of Management, and a BE IT in Information Technology from Amrutvahini Sheti & Vikas Santhas Amrutvahini College of Engineering. Additionally, Jai has completed courses in Intermediate R, Python for Data Science, and Salesforce IOT Cloud Design and Rollout.
