Khadin Nathoo

Khadin Nathoo is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at Winland Foods since September 2023, leading digital solutions implementation and process improvement initiatives for various platforms including SAP and Office365. Previously, Khadin served as a Business System Specialist II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where a program was developed to mentor 16 individuals and achieve significant cost savings through continuous improvement projects. With additional roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Business Systems Specialist I and Coordinator of Production Planning and Operations Leadership, Khadin has successfully managed cross-functional projects, driving substantial savings and enhancing operational efficiency. Khadin’s early career includes project management at TRUbuild Custom Home Builders and Renovations, internships at Gilead Sciences and College Pro, and legal experience at Gord G Mohan Barrister and Solicitor. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium, Khadin holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Biosciences from McMaster University.
