Leslie MacIoce

Leslie Macioce has over 19 years of work experience in the food industry. Their most recent role was as the Director of Quality Systems at Winland Foods, where they managed a team and established FSQ programs for a newly established manufacturing organization. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operational Quality Assurance & Compliance at goodblend PA, where they developed and implemented compliance, quality, and safety programs. Leslie also held positions at TreeHouse Foods and Bay Valley Foods, where they had responsibilities in regulatory compliance and government affairs. Additionally, they have experience in regulatory affairs and food safety/documentation from their time at Del Monte Foods and HJ Heinz. Leslie started their career as a Quality Assurance Technologist at Giant Eagle.

Leslie Macioce received two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Food Science and another in Nutritional Sciences, from Penn State University between 1998 and 2002.
