Sivadas Menon

Sivadas Menon serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Winland Foods since January 2024. Previously, Sivadas held the position of HPS Site Lead at Henkel, focusing on developing Continuous Improvement capabilities at the flagship factory. Sivadas has also contributed as a Senior Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at TreeHouse Foods, and as a World Class Manufacturing Manager at Ventura Foods, where fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement was a key focus. Early career experience includes roles as Operations Process Engineer and Process Excellence Team Advisor at Schreiber Foods, where mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma and problem-solving facilitation were emphasized. Prior to this, Sivadas was the Assistant Coordinator at Disability Resource Center at California Polytechnic State University, overseeing operations and staff training. Sivadas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2010.
