Dave Kardes

Dave Kardes is an experienced construction and engineering professional with a diverse background in project management and sales. Currently serving as Director at Winmar Construction since April 2016, Dave has held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at The Insurance Exchange and as Assistant Vice President at Marsh, where responsibilities focused on client executive services in risk management and commercial insurance. Earlier in their career, Dave served as a Regional Sales Engineer and Structural Engineer at Valley Joist + Deck, managing sales territories and engineering operations for metal construction products. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1996 and 2001.
