Jason Wilt

Jason Wilt is the Principal Owner of Winmar Advisory, specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services with a focus on hospitality since August 2022. Wilt has served on the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Advisory Council at The George Washington University since October 2021. As Co-Founder of Shooting with Chefs, an influential networking event established in March 2012, Jason has contributed to the region's professional community. Jason also holds the position of Principal at WINMAR Construction, where management of the Pre-Construction Department and project development initiatives is a key responsibility, drawing on 19 years of industry experience in architecture and construction. Previously, at CORE Architecture and Design from January 1999 to October 2005, Jason directed marketing and business development efforts.
