Jennifer Day has had a diverse work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2007 as a Crew Member at Burger King - Heartland Food LLC. In 2010, they worked as a Tutor for America Reads, where they collaborated with a kindergarten teacher to manage the children and class activities. In 2011, they became a Caller at NYU Phonathon. In 2013, they were an Intern at The Wendy Williams Show, where they assisted the production management team and researched guests for the show. In 2014, they were a Sales Assistant at Advertising Database and a Public Relations Intern at Starz Entertainment. From 2015 to 2018, they held two roles at List Partners LLC, first as a Market Researcher and then as a Brand Insights Coordinator. Since 2019, they have been working at Winmo as a Customer Research & Strategy Manager and a Brand Insights Analyst.

Jennifer Day attended Rochester High School from 2006 to 2010 and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University in 2014. In 2018, they obtained two certifications from Coursera, namely Mastering Data Analysis in Excel and Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies.
