Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson is an experienced merchandise manager currently with Winn-Dixie since May 2023. Previously, Mike held the position of general manager at First Coast Energy, LLP and Daily's Convenience Stores from June 2018 to May 2023, as well as at Pilot Flying J from January 2016 to June 2018. Early career experience includes serving as general manager and area coach/district manager at Pizza Hut from January 2007 to June 2015. Mike's foundational experience in the United States Air Force as a medical laboratory technician focused on phlebotomy and laboratory testing from January 2003 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Warner University, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
