Mike Cohen

Mike Cohen is a seasoned Litigation Attorney at Winne Banta Hetherington Basralian & Kahn, PC, where an extensive commercial and environmental litigation practice is maintained in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey. Recognized as one of the New Jersey Law Journal's New Leaders of the Bar in 2014, Mike has a diverse background that includes serving as Chairman of the Board for the Institute for Domestic & International Affairs, Inc. from 2007 to 2010, and as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Sebastian Gaeta, Jr. in New Jersey. Educational qualifications include a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Rutgers University.
