Roman Vaccari

Roman Vaccari serves as General Counsel for Choice Money Transfer, overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance activities for the North American division of a global money transmission company since January 2018. With over 20 years of experience in the consumer financial services industry, Roman holds a position of Of Counsel at Winne Banta, where representation of financial institutions, including money services businesses, is a focus. Previously, from January 2012 to December 2018, Roman acted as Executive Director and Deputy General Counsel for FSCNY, the trade association for New York's licensed check cashing industry. Roman Vaccari earned a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, an MBA from Villanova School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from Villanova University.
