Kevin Gulley has an extensive career in law enforcement, starting as a Patrol Officer and progressing to various roles such as Investigator, Sergeant, and ultimately achieving the rank of Lieutenant at the Rockford Police Department. Kevin specializes in investigating gang crimes, fraud, forgery, domestic violence, and violent crimes, as well as participating in hostage negotiations and integrity task force investigations. Currently, Kevin serves as an Investigator at the Winnebago County State's Attorney's Office. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Lincoln College.
