Cgcio Dan Magers

Dan Magers has a work experience that spans several positions and companies. Dan started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2005 as a Technical Consultant and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Winnebago County and held various roles including SQL/Web Developer, Lead IT Integrator: Development, and Manager IT Integration until 2018. From 2018 onwards, they served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and later became the Chief Information Officer at Winnebago County.

Dan Magers, CGCIO, received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Organizational Behavior Management from Northern Illinois University. Dan obtained their degree from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) from CompTIA's Public Technology Institute, which they obtained in May 2022.
