Eric Winston

Eric Winston currently holds the position of President at Winners Alliance, and also serves as a Senior Advisor at the Professional Tennis Players Association. Prior to his current roles, Eric was the Chief Licensing Officer and Head of Partner Development & College at OneTeam Partners. Before his time at OneTeam, Eric was the Chief Partnerships Officer at the NFL Players Association. Eric has a strong background in collective bargaining, governance, and oversight in the sports industry. He also has experience as an Offensive Lineman in the National Football League. Eric is a graduate of the Wharton School with a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
