WINNERS Lacrosse
Zhane Ruffin, MPS, currently serves as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at the University of the District of Columbia since February 2018. Additionally, Zhane has been the Director of Operations at WINNERS Lacrosse since December 2019. Previous experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Trister, Ross, Schadler & Gold, PLLC from August 2016 to February 2018, and completing an externship at Citi Open Tennis in May 2017. Zhane also instructed programs at One Love Tennis from May 2014 to August 2016 and served as an Assistant Sports Marketing Director Intern at Fayetteville State University in the 2013-2014 academic year. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Methodist University and a Master’s Degree in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University.

WINNERS Lacrosse
WINNERS Lacrosse (The Washington Inner City Lacrosse Foundation) is a nonprofit organization that was started in October 2000 to provide Washington, DC boys and girls, from historically underserved neighborhoods, the opportunity to learn the game of lacrosse and the life skills associated with playing a team sport. WINNERS Lacrosse uses the game as the vehicle to instill values, education and life sustaining skills that will give young boys and girls the tools to be successful on and off the field. WINNERS Lacrosse clinics, camps, teams and programs include these virtues as part of the curriculum.
