Sandrine Rouget

Sandrine Rouget has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles in the field of human resources. Sandrine most recently served as the Head of Human Capital at Winner's since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Building & Civil Engineering Co. Ltd (BCE) from February 2020 to August 2022. Before that, Sandrine worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Forges Tardieu Group from October 2016 to January 2020. Sandrine gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa from February 2014 to October 2016, and at MSM Ltd. from June 2012 to February 2014. Additionally, they served as a Human Resource Manager at Premixed Concrete Ltd. (Lafarge Mauritius) from June 2009 to May 2012.

Sandrine Rouget completed their Master's degree in Human Resources & Communication at CELSA - La Sorbonne from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Communications Applied to the Corporate World at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle from 2003 to 2007.
