At Winning by Design, Ian held multiple roles, including Customer Success Manager and Revenue Academy Programs Manager, showcasing expertise in client relations and program development. As a co-founder of Helium Books and Bay Yard Care Services, Ian demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and leadership. Prior experience at Duff & Phelps involved roles as a Senior Associate and Analyst in Valuation Services, further highlighting Ian's analytical abilities. Early in their career, Ian gained valuable experience as an Investment Research Group Intern at Capital Wealth Advisory Group. Ian holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
