Koen Stam is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in revenue management and sales within the technology sector. Currently serving as Head of Benelux for Personio, Koen is responsible for the operations and profitability across the region, leading a diverse team to enhance customer engagement. Koen also contributes as an Ambassador for Winning by Design, fostering sustainable growth in SaaS organizations, and co-leads the Pavilion Chapter in Amsterdam, supporting revenue executives in sharing best practices. Previously, Koen held significant roles at MessageBird, Teamleader CRM, and 24sessions, among others, demonstrating expertise in sales strategy, team management, and operational efficiency. Koen holds an MBA from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has furthered language proficiency with an advanced Business English certification.
