Rahat Joshi Rishi

Rahat Joshi Rishi has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 2021, Rahat joined Winningtemp as a Senior People Scientist. From 2017 to 2021, Rahat was with Bisnode - A Dun & Bradstreet Company, serving as the Head of HR Programs (Talent Management) and Sustainability. In this role, Rahat was a contributing member of the Bisnode HR Leadership Team, responsible for driving the HR Strategy across the business in 19 European countries and partnering with the Bisnode Leadership teams in driving common HR programs, processes, and initiatives. Rahat was also part of the journey of consolidating the business across 19 countries into One Bisnode, championing change and delivering a consistent and uniform employee experience. From 2017 to 2014, Rahat was with Bisnode as Group HR Lead, responsible for driving continuous process improvements and optimization within HR. From 2014 to 2003, Rahat was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in various roles, including HR Manager (Delivery Center HR Lead & Talent Management Lead), Deputy HR Head - Banking and Financial Services (Retail Banking), Global HR Head - Banking and Financial Services (UK & Europe), HR Lead for Banking and Financial Services Business Unit in TCS Bangalore, HR Business Partner, Performance Management Specialist & Lead, Employee Engagement Specialist, and HR Executive (OD & OE).

Rahat Joshi Rishi completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering in 2003, following a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from Punjab Technical University between 1997 and 2001.
