Nicole Pelland-Henderson

Nicole Pelland-Henderson has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Nicole currently serves as the Director of Stadium Operations at the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IG Wealth Management where they held various roles over a span of nearly two decades. Their roles at IG Wealth Management include Senior Manager, Real Estate Delivery - IGM Distribution Offices, Associate Manager, Region Office Facilities, Senior Program Consultant, Assistant Manager, Team Leader - RESP Administration, and Business Expert - RESP Administration. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in operations management, relationship management, project management, employee development, and budgeting. Throughout their career, Nicole has displayed a strong commitment to maximizing departmental effectiveness and driving success through strategic planning and innovative initiatives.

Nicole Pelland-Henderson's education history begins with their high school diploma from Daniel McIntyre Collegiate Institute. Nicole then went on to pursue a Management Certificate Program from The University of Winnipeg between 2004 and 2006. In 2006, they completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course from The Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Nicole later obtained a Human Resources Diploma from The University of Winnipeg between 2008 and 2010. Finally, in 2012 and 2013, Nicole earned a Master's Certificate in Project Management from York University, specializing in Project Management.
