Kishori Krishna, ACIPD, has a diverse work experience beginning in 2008. Kishori began their career as a Faculty at Impulse Technologies and Solutions. In 2009, they became a Lecturer at Women's Polytechnic College in Thrissur, Kerala, India. From 2014 to 2019, they held the roles of HR Manager and HR Officer at SEED Group Investment LLC. During the same time period, they also served as an HR Manager at Love That Design and .Studio by Love That Design. Most recently, they have been the Human Resources Manager - AMEA at Winnow since 2021.

Kishori Krishna, ACIPD has a comprehensive education history. Kishori obtained their B TECH from the University of Calicut from 2005 to 2008 in the field of Electronics and Communication. In 2002, they obtained their Diploma from the Department of Technical Education in Electronics Engineering. From 2015 to 2016, they completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Dubai in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Kishori is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes in Consultancy Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in HR Analytics from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education I Coursera, Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn Learning, and CIPD Level 5 from CIPD Qualifications.
