Kuok Wai Chung

Kuok Wai Chung has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry since 2007. Kuok Wai began their career at Boston Chinese Takeaway, followed by a role as a Commis Chef at Benedicts of Belfast in 2015. In the same year, they worked as a Kitchen Assistant at Healthcare Ireland Group, where they grew their empathy towards others. In 2016, they worked as a Chef at Draughts and as a Kitchen Assistant at Clements Coffee Company Ltd - The. Since 2018, they have been employed as a Data Manager at Winnow, where they are responsible for maintaining client food data within internal systems, creating and refining processes, and designing Excel VBA macros.

Kuok Wai Chung attended Queen's University Belfast from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in Architecture.
