Sasha Maisel has a long and varied work experience. Sasha began their career in 2006 as a Forensic Services Intern at PwC. In 2008, they became a student at the University of Bristol. In 2010, they worked as an Economist for International Development at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, focussing on Food Security and Africa. In 2012, they held various roles at Marks and Spencer and North Highland, including Project Manager and Senior Consultant. In 2016, they held multiple roles at Winnow Ltd, Challenge Partners UK, and On Purpose, including Head of Strategic Projects, EAL in the Mainstream Classroom Project Manager & On Purpose Associate, and Associate. Finally, in 2019, they became a Mentor at On Purpose International.

Sasha Maisel attended the University of Bristol from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Politics. Sasha then went on to pursue an MBA Innovation in Sustainable Food & Agriculture at the Royal Agricultural University from 2021 to 2023.
