Xenia Ho has a diverse work experience. Xenia began working in 2016 as an Inventory Management Assistant at Diamond Industry PTE LTD, where they were responsible for data entry and maintenance, as well as cost management of jewellery products. Later that same year, they began their internship at Marriott Hotels as a Housekeeping Intern, where they cleaned rooms and responded promptly to requests from guests and other departments. In 2019, they began working at Frasers Hospitality as a Management Trainee, rotating among the departments and focusing mainly on Reservations and Front Office. In 2020, they began working at Paul Hype Page & Co. as a Business Development, where they communicated with new sales leads and maintained client relationships, prospected potential partners from China, and led a team to identify web traffic trends. Finally, in 2021 they began working at Winnow as a Customer Success Executive.

Xenia Ho's education history began with their attending YuHua Secondary School from 2010 to 2013. Xenia then obtained a Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate Of Education Ordinary Level from the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) in December 2013. In 2014, they began attending Singapore Polytechnic and earned a High School Diploma in Hotel and Leisure Facilities Management (DHLFM) in 2017. In April 2016, they obtained a Diploma from the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE). Finally, in 2017 they began attending the Singapore Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Hospitality Business with Honours in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2020.
