Chad Turner

Chad Turner is an experienced professional in production and operational excellence management, currently serving as the Production Manager and Operational Excellence Manager at Winoa since March 2019. Previously, Chad held various roles at THK Rhythm Automotive from October 2010 to February 2019, including Interim Lean Promotion Officer and Production Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed promoting Lean Manufacturing principles and improving production processes. At Avcorp Industries from January 2009 to October 2010, Chad served as a Quality Control Supervisor, managing QC personnel and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, Chad held the position of Metal Bond, Paint Shop, and Process Line Supervisor/Manager, leading teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Chad's career began at TRW, where Chad worked as a Plant Lean Promotion Officer from January 1994 to November 2009, focusing on Lean practices and cost-effectiveness programs. Chad holds a degree from Niagara College in Business through the Canadian Institute of Management.
