Vince Polce

Vince Polce has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Vince currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Winoa since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Insurance Agent at BCM Insurance Company from October 2021 to July 2023. From September 2020 to September 2021, Vince held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Sensity. Vince also worked at WALKER INDUSTRIES from October 2006 to June 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for the entire hiring process in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Before this, they served as Talent Sourcing & Development at Walker Industries Holdings Limited from September 2006 to June 2020. Vince's earlier experience includes roles at Landon Morgan as a Project Manager and Recruitment Manager from January 1999 to October 2006, as well as at CANADIAN TIRE ACCEPTANCE as a Recruitment Specialist/HR Coordinator from May 1995 to December 1999.

Vince Polce attended Niagara College from 1992 to 1995 and obtained a degree in Human Resources Management.
