John Ngugi

John Ngugi is a board member at Winona Family YMCA. John previously worked as a supply chain analyst at Fastenal Company from September 2016 to September 2017. Prior to that, they were a business development manager- South Africa at Fastenal Company from January 2014 to September 2016. John also worked as an SBLO & supply chain diversity manager at Fastenal Company from August 2010 to July 2014. John Ngugi started their career at Fastenal Company as a purchasing assistant from March 2004 to August 2005 and then became a national procurement specialist from September 2005 to May 2009.

John Ngugi has a Masters in International Business Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a degree in Political Science/Public Administration/Business Administration from Winona State University.
