Kara Lindaman

Kara Rathmell Lindaman currently serves as the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and is a Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at Winona State University, where employment began in July 2006. Previous roles at Winona State include Interim Dean and Associate Professor. Prior to this, Kara Rathmell Lindaman worked as a Research Deputy at the Kettering Foundation from July 2018 to July 2023, and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from July 2002 to July 2006. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa.
