Mustafa Bilgen has a background in textile and polymer engineering, with experience in various companies such as Winpak, The Dow Chemical Company, Nano-Tex LLC., and Akay Textile. Mustafa has held titles such as Technology Leader & Commercialization in fields such as industrial and consumer packaging, elastomers, food packaging, and nano-technology. Mustafa has led innovation teams, managed project portfolios, developed sustainability efforts, and mentored team members. Mustafa holds a MS degree from North Carolina State University and a BS degree from Uludag University, Turkey.
