Sean McConkey

Sean McConkey has held various human resources leadership roles throughout their career. Sean started as a Manager of Human Resources at Smith Lyons LLP in 1998. Sean then moved to Deloitte Canada, where they held several positions, including Associate Partner and National Audit Talent Leader. Sean later joined BDO as the National Human Resources Leader before becoming the Principal at GORDON Human Resources Solutions. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Tangent Animation and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Winpak. Throughout their career, Sean has led talent strategies, built HR teams, and contributed to the overall success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Sean McConkey earned a B. Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto Mississauga in 1991. Sean then obtained a Certificate in HR Management from Humber College in 1992. Prior to that, they attended St. Andrew's College.
