Torly Grimshawe

Torly Grimshawe has extensive experience in the retail industry. Torly served as the Head of Commercial and Business Development at Winser London from November 2017. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Torly Grimshawe Retail, where they offered retail consulting services from October 2014 to October 2017.

Torly also held various roles at Harrods. Torly was the General Merchandise Manager for Childrenswear from March 2010 to August 2014, where they were responsible for the division's strategy and direction. Torly successfully implemented a refurbishment and expansion project and developed employee learning and mentoring practices.

From 2005 to 2008, Torly served as the General Merchandise Manager for Menswear at Harrods, overseeing a complete refurbishment project and managing a buying team. Torly also held the role of Concessions Manager for Womenswear and Beauty from 2005 to 2006, focusing on the development and expansion of concession businesses.

Prior to their roles at Harrods, Torly worked as a Womenswear and Menswear Buyer at the company starting in 1995.

Torly Grimshawe attended Giggleswick School in Settle from 1989 to 1991. It is uncertain whether any specific degree or field of study was pursued during this time. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1996, Torly studied Psychology at the University of Aberdeen, earning a Bachelor of Science Honours degree.
