Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Jason is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing at Winsert | Innovative Alloy Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Sales Operations from October 2020 to October 2021, where they led internal sales teams and processes to increase sales productivity. Before that, Jason was a Product Manager from January 2019 to October 2020, where they developed marketing strategies and plans for product introduction. From January 2017 to January 2019, they served as the Marketing & Public Relations Manager, responsible for executing strategic marketing plans and managing overall marketing strategy. Jason also has experience as an Industrial Engineer from August 2015 to August 2017, where they improved manufacturing processes and worked closely with cross-functional teams. In addition, they worked as a Marketing Consultant from January 2016 to January 2017, focusing on developing social media strategies. Prior to joining Winsert, Jason was the Inside Sales & Marketing Manager at Unlimited Services from February 2014 to August 2015, where they managed inside sales and customer service teams. Jason also has prior experience at Winsert as the Sales & Marketing Manager from July 2013 to February 2014 and as an Inside Sales Specialist from April 2011 to July 2013. Jason began their career as a Production Coordinator at Karl Schmidt Unisia, Inc. in 2011 and as an Inside Sales Representative at J.J. Keller & Associates from April 2008 to August 2009. Jason achieved success as an Account Executive at The Campus Special, LLC in 2007, generating high sales revenue.

Jason Anderson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. In 2018, Jason completed a professional development program called "Managing Yourself & Leading Others" at Harvard University. Jason also attended Harvard University in 2017 for a program on "Growth Strategies: Identifying Opportunities in Market Trends." In 2009 and 2010, Jason attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science and obtained a Diploma in Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Prior to that, they completed basic course requirements at UW-Marinette in 2003 and 2004. Jason's high school education was completed at Stephenson High School, where they obtained a basic high school/secondary diploma between 1999 and 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Jason has acquired several certifications. Jason obtained the "Karrass Effective Negotiating" certification from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating in July 2019. In May 2019, they became a "WMEP/WEDC ExporTech Graduate" through WMEP Consultants (Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership). In February 2016, Jason completed a certification in "Time Study & Methods Procedures" from the Industrial Timestudy Institute - Technological Management, Inc. Jason also holds a license as a Funeral Director and Embalmer, which they obtained from the State of Michigan in March 2013. Furthermore, Jason has certifications in various Adobe software programs, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and InDesign CS6, which were obtained in 2012 from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
