Russell Sarratt

Russell Sarratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and ministry enablement. Since February 2016, Russell has served as Senior Principal in Ministry Enablement and Senior Director of Leadership at WinShape Foundation, following nearly two decades in various roles, including Director and Program Manager, at WinShape Teams from 1997 to January 2016. Additionally, Russell has contributed as Adjunct Faculty at Shorter University from 2011 to 2012. Russell holds an Executive Education degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (2019-2021), a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University (2006-2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management/Business from Berry College (1996-2000), complemented by foundational education at Valdosta High School (1992-1996).
