Zach Harter

Zach Harter has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving at the WinShape Foundation since January 2017, where the focus is on supporting staff and leaders to fulfill the mission of glorifying God through transformative experiences. Prior to this role, Zach managed client relations at WinShape Teams from February 2008 to December 2016. Earlier career roles include staff accountant positions at Whittington, Jones and Rudert CPAs and Moore Colson. Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Samford University and a Master of Arts in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Liberty University.
