Leadership Team

The leadership team at Winshear Gold has experience in the mining industry, corporate strategy, and leadership development. The team is led by the COO, who has experience as the President and CEO of Mandalay Resources. The team also includes the co-founder of Plinian Capital and the founder of Integrity Leadership Systems. The team is rounded out by the Director of Strategic Planning, Performance, and Learning from GREENE, TWEED AND CO. All members of the team have degrees from Stanford University in Applied Earth Sciences.
