David Rogers

David Rogers is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering across multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Winslow since May 2022, David has previously held senior project engineering positions at CBGU D&C JV - Cross River Rail and CPB Contractors. David's career initiated with roles in civil engineering, site supervision, and management in various sectors, including infrastructure and ground engineering. A graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management and Engineering, David has successfully led significant projects, demonstrating strong expertise in contracts administration, project forecasting, cost analysis, and quality assurance.
